Vacancy description:

The client is an international food company producing high quality chilled products, branded and own label. The business is well respected with a strong foothold in the market.

As site technical manager you will report direct to the site leader and be part of the senior team, responsible for all technical functions on site. You will be the key point of contact for all suppliers and customer base using your skills to maintaining the highest technical and quality standards. The ability to provide clear departmental leadership in order to deliver a focused, self managing and highly competent technical team will be crucial as is the ability to react and pro-actively plan for the technical demands that arise as the site grows.

Of graduate calibre coming from the food industry with a chilled background is essential. You will be an inspirational leader who commands respect, capable of driving change in attitudes and making change happen. Your ability to switch between hands on technical needs to site strategy will be crucial as will your effectiveness as a member of the site leadership team.
