The business is looking to appoint a talented and dynamic Production Manager to form part of its senior team at a key strategic manufacturing facility. The role will take responsibility for a key facility, driving performance across a balanced set of metrics, and delivering site manufacturing strategy through a large team in a fast paced and pressurised environment. You will be accountable for the whole manufacturing process, from goods in through to dispatch, including a high speed packing environment, and be held accountable for product quality.

You will be a proven manufacturing professional, and have a demonstrable track record of driving change through a performance orientated approach and a balance scorecard of KPI’s. You will be of degree calibre, be well versed in modern manufacturing techniques, have experience of driving team performance and be numbers orientated. You will be from a FMCG background and have strong communication skills and be able to lead by example. This is an outstanding opportunity for a shift Manager looking to take the step up to senior management or someone with a couple of years’ experience at this level.
