Our client is the market leader within the Primary & Revision Hip & Knee market place for Scotland. They are now looking to recruit a RSM to manage a team of sales/clinical support specialists with an annual regional t/o in excess of £12 Million.

The role:

• Leadership/mentoring/coaching of the current sales team to achieve develop and over achieve sales targets
• Supporting the sales team out in the field, surgeons visits etc
• Working with & maintaining existing key accounts, while consistently winning and growing new business opportunities

The candidate:

• Proven track record within medical devices
• 2+ years sales management/commercial experience
• Competitive, enthusiastic, strong motivator & results focused
